negotimer video tour (5 min): a pitch timer that runs every speaker for you
Published
“Three minutes each.” Somehow it's five. negotimer runs every speaker's talk, Q&A and changeover for you. This video shows each feature on real app screens. Use the chapters below to jump to the part you need.
Chapters
What the video covers
- Talk, Q&A and changeover switch automatically, for every speaker
- Three ways to run questions: a slot per questioner, one shared block, or none
- Separate changeover time between speakers and between questioners
- Saved formats, so on the day you just pick one
- A beep at ten seconds, a 3-2-1 countdown and an end alarm, with the screen turning green and then yellow
- A sideways layout that fills the screen, and a screen that stays on while the timer runs
Recording (Pro)
negotimer records in sync with the timer and splits the audio into one file per speaker. You can hand those files to the AI service you already use for minutes or a summary. negotimer has no AI features built in.
Recordings stay on your device and are never sent to our servers. REC is always shown on screen, so please let participants know you’re recording.
Pricing
